This guarantee extends exclusively to the private living area and the materials used, the surface quality, the function of the fittings used, their professional assembly in our production process and the professional processing according to industrial series production or its standards.

Tolerances in furniture and furniture parts cannot be avoided in industrial series production. If the deviations/tolerances in colour, dimensions and structure are within the national and international standards, these are "typical product characteristics".

As is customary in the industry, repeat orders and changes can only be guaranteed up to the discontinuation date on which the production of a model variant, a colour/decor variant or an article version is discontinued.

Excluded from the guarantee are

• normal and natural signs of wear and tear
• Damage caused by improper transport, delivery or assembly/disassembly
• Damage caused, for example, by pointed or sharp-edged objects such as knives, which are used, for example, when unpacking the goods
• improper handling of moisture or liquids and unsuitable care products
• environmental influences such as extreme dryness/humidity, light and temperatures
• changes in the solid wood (warping, fading, cracks, etc.) due to environmental influences

• Mould growth/swelling damage in new buildings, e.g. due to extremely high humidity/lack of air circulation or furniture parts placed too close to walls
• Wearing parts such as light bulbs, fluorescent tubes and other light sources (including LEDs) as well as transformers and similar components, electrical or electronic ballasts, electronic contact switches, even if they are permanently installed.
• Inadequate horizontal or vertical alignment of the furniture makes it difficult or impossible to perfectly adjust the fittings or properly align the doors and drawers etc. and can lead to damage in the long term, resulting in a loss of warranty.
• For safety reasons, anti-tilt devices or wall fixings must be fitted if specified in the assembly instructions.
• No liability is accepted for consequential damage caused by improper self-assembly or failure to follow the assembly instructions.

The following applies in the event of a guarantee claim:

• Claims can only be made for the faulty item and not for the entire scope of delivery. The guarantee expires if the furniture is sold to a third party. The guarantee claim includes the rectification of the material defect and is made via the trading partner. Further claims, in particular claims for reimbursement of expenses or claims for damages, are not justified by this guarantee.
• If a justified warranty claim occurs or if a defective part is replaced, the subsequent warranty only covers the replaced new part, not the entire piece of furniture/room. Statutory warranty claims such as subsequent fulfilment, withdrawal or compensation are not affected by this guarantee.
• Please keep all documents, in particular the assembly instructions and the corresponding manufacturing label/product sticker. If the installation was carried out by a dealer, also keep the installation acceptance or service report.
