Please remember. From the checkout or collection ramp onwards, you are the owner of the goods and therefore responsible for them (§ 269BGB).
Errors often occur during self-collection, which can easily be avoided by observing the following points:

• Check your complete order for completeness and for damage.
• Transport goods that you have collected yourself carefully and with suitable vehicles. Stow the goods in a non-slip manner and protect them from moisture. Should such transport damage occur, there is no claim for compensation.
• In the case of larger furniture or furniture parts, at least two people are required for transport or assembly.
• Do not remove the product packaging until you reach the place of destination or assembly.
• Open the packaging with particular care so that the parts inside are not damaged. Please do not pierce the packaging with sharp or pointed objects, etc.
• In case of product damage/damage, be sure to save the packaging.
• Please check the packaging before disposing of it. Small parts, fittings, assembly instructions, etc. may still be hidden inside.
