The PEFC seal guarantees that the wood used does not come from questionable sources or overexploitation, but from forests that are managed close to nature:
Strict ecological, social and economic management requirements are implemented in the certified forests, which means that no more wood is felled than grows back, reforestation takes place, biodiversity is preserved and the origin of the wood is legal with certainty.
