Your enquiry will reach us by e-mail (zoo(at)rauchmoebel.de) stating the animal you wish to sponsor and the period of the sponsorship. The sponsorship runs for at least 1 year and begins with the month following receipt of the money.
You will receive a confirmation email with the transfer details and further information. Please understand that it may take a few days to process your enquiry.
Once themoney has been received, we will send you the sponsorship certificatewith a profileofthe sponsored animal and - if desired - a donation receipt.
During the term of the animal sponsorship, an animal sponsorship day takes place at the rauch-Zoo in summer. You will receive an invitation to this in good time by e-mail.
We will write to you before the sponsorship ends. Perhaps you would like to extend your sponsorship or decide in favour of another animal - which would make us and the animals very happy.
